The wellness program was birthed through my wife and practice manager Samantha Pringle. Samantha helped lay the foundation for CORE Vascular Services. She had a passion for women’s health and through her diagnosis of uterine cancer, we gained a greater appreciation of health, wellness and how diet dictates the body’s response to disease. It was through her fight with cancer that I gained a better perspective of the struggles that patients endure battling disease as the husband not the doctor. How it impacts patients physically, mentally and economically.
Samantha reflected the character of this practice, putting God first and creating peace and harmony with staff and patients. Although Sam’s presence is missed, her purpose is not forgotten and has enhanced this practice knowledge of health and wellness in the fight against disease. It is through Sam that we have developed an integrative approach to managing our patients. Incorporating nutritional coaching and herbal supplements backed by scientific research to enhance cellular function in fight against disease. Although Sam is gone, she is not forgotten and her presence will live in our hearts and care for our patients.
